Also what method was used to process the Pu-erh teas eg. sun dried or oven cooked or pan fry for the raw teas as i understand this effects ageing.
Answers:
This is weather dependent during the harvesting season. The Pu-erh laves are sun dried when the weather is fine and the sun is out, but oven tried under the rainy weather conditions.
