Recommendations for use of tea in weight control

Chinese people enjoyed drinking green and oolong teas for thousands of years before the western world discovered their health benefits, including weight control.
We recommend choosing a few quality teas, green, white, Oolong or Pu-erh tea, and make them part of your life style. Together with a good, balanced diet and regular exercise, the extra weight will go naturally.
The best tea we can recommend for deliberate weight loss is Lotus tea. Lotus leaf tea has been in the Chinese diet for a long time and there is evidence of its use being associated with functions such as the lowering blood lipid levels and the treatment of obesity.
We offer a herbal tea mainly made of lotus leaf and Wulong (Oolong) tea – Lotus Leaf herbal tea.
It is a pleasant drink for summer time, as well as keeping you in a natural shape.
If you are interested in trying out some samples, send a self addressed & stamped ($1.2) envelope indicating which tea(s) you are interested in to: Valley Green Tea, Po Box 78, Oatley 2223, and we will send some samples out to you.
