Question:
Quality grades of your yixing pots and what proportion of them are hand made. . I love these pots and from my experience they make the best tea but I’m so tired of seeing good fakes passed of as the real thing or badly made pots sold as “premium”. I am more than happy to pay for a good pot and i am more than happy to pay the right price for an average pot.
Answer:
Depending on the tea pots you are interested in. All our Zi Sha teapots are made of genuine Zi Sha (purple sand). The handmade proportion ranges between 20% – 90+%, which correlates to the prices to a large degree. I am very aware there are doggy ones on the market labelled as genuine handmade Zi Sha teapot. We offer high quality images taken from the products and you can have an idea of the Zi Sha grains and texture from the images. And if you are not happy with the products (I can honestly say we have not had one single return on these teapots, but positive feedbacks) after their purchase, we will refund upon the safe return of the product.
