Green tea health

Green teas have studied intensively during the recent years as a supplement in the fight against the so called ‘lifestyle related conditions’, such as obesity, cardio-vascular disease, cancers and diabetes. Most of the studies are done on small scales or in the laboratories. Although further big scale studies are needed to establish more certainty and the dose-effect relationship, the general consented direction is that green tea consumption as a life style change, especially when replacing the sugar rich beverages, is associated with the reduced risk of most of the life style related health conditions.
