We have been asked this question about our Lotus Leaf Slimming tea quite a few times so we decided to publish a general answer as follows:
- The ingredient Cassia Seed is a very mild herbal laxative.
- Lotus Leaf Slimming tea contains Cassia Seed only to sufficient levels to relieve symptons of constipation – for those who suffer from this.
- The majority of our customers advise positive benefits from drinking Lotus Leaf Slimming Tea.
- For those very few customers whose digestive system may be sensitive to herbs (or not used to herbal teas), we recommend to start from 2 tea bags/day and gradually increase to 3-5 bags/day.
