Can I drink white tea every day?

Absolutely!
The Chinese say it is Ok not to have food for 3 days, but not without tea for a day.
Like all other Chinese teas, green tea, yellow tea, Oolong tea, Pu-erh tea or Hei Cha, white tea consumption is their daily life in certain parts of China, especially in the Fujian Province.
Over and above the fluid provision part of the white tea consumption, white tea also offers numerous health benefits, such anti-inflammatory and reduce the risk of coronary cardio-vascular diseases.
White tea is time tested healthy beverage.
The challenge is to find a good supplier. Due to is high demand and limited production, it seems all tea merchants are suppling white teas these days. The quality however varies greatly.
